Nokia 3310 (2017) 3G Model unveiled 3G connectivity and Refreshed UI

Nokia has announced its revamped version of the classic Nokia 3310 2017  phone at MWC 2017 event. Nokia launched the 3310 2017 phone earlier this year but comes with only 2G connectivity which is unusable in few countries like, U.S., Australia, Canada and Singapore. Now the HMD Global has launched the 3G connectivity Nokia 3310 2017 phone, it will be available in the market next month.

The Nokia 3310 3G 2017 phone will be available in the Australia, for now. It is expected that the company will launch the 3G support Nokia 3310 2017 phone in others market too. It will be available in the Australian market at AUD 89.95 (roughly Rs. 4,600 or $70) starting from October 17. It will be available to buy on Optus and Vodafone carrier in the Australian market. The phone is expected to be available in the global market at EUR 69 (about Rs. 5,320 or $81).

The new Nokia 3310 3G 2017 phone comes with new customization options like rearranging of icons and you can choose color themes. It also comes with all-new customisable retro UI. It has a lit bit different in design like more space between buttons.

Nokia 3310 was unveiled by the Chief Marketing Officer of HMD Global, Pekka Rantala has claimed that the company has “millions” units of the refreshed version of the Nokia 3310 phone. It comes with the same specifications as the Nokia 3310 2G connectivity model and will be available in  Azure, Charcoal, Warm Red and Yellow color options in the market.

Nokia 3310 2017 comes with 2.4-inch display with 240 x 320 pixels of resolution.  It runs on Feature OS which is powered by Java and comes with 64 MB internal storage option along with micro SD card support up to 32 GB. It has a 2-megapixel camera on the back side along with LED flash and comes with FM radio feature. It had dual-SIM connectivity and packed with removable 1200mAh battery under the hood which delivers up to 24 days of standby time.

The 3310 2017 phone comes with micro USB port and Bluetooth 2.1. It has pre-installed classic Snake game which has been optimised for the new color display.  The body dimensions of the phone are 117 x 52.4 x 13.3 mm and weighs 88 grams.
