Priyanka Chopra’s new avatar
This just fresh, Priyanka Chopra will be seen donning a police uniform in her latest upcoming drama, “ Gangajal 2”. This movie is a sequel to the 2003 Ajay Devgan starrer, Gangajal.
It seems Priyanka Chopra is doing her bid into women empowerment as she had previously starred as a world champion Indian female boxer in the biopic, Mary Kom. This time in Gangajal 2, she will be seen as the new sheriff in town as she fights for justice, beat up the bad guys and show everybody that even female police officers can become a real bad ass cops too.
Priyanka Chopra said that this movie will be very important as it highlights the real atrocities and problems that plague the country like corruption, Farmer Suicide land mafias.
The 32 year old star also praised Director Prakash jha, saying that he was the best person who could have worked on this story and that he was well educated to handle these type of movies.
Priyanka Chopra will be seen in her latest movie “Dil dhadakne do” with several other stars this coming Friday.
