Clay soldiers were buried to accompany China’s first emperor and to protect his tomb. It is an afterdeath army of the Emperor to guard him till eternity. It is located in Xi’an, the capital of Shaanxi province. Other attractions in the city include Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Drum tower of Xi’an and Great Mosque of Xi’an.
