TORONTO, Oct. 01, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Topicus.com Inc. (“Topicus”) (TSXV: TOI) today announced that Topicus and CGG S.A. (“CGG”) have completed the sale and transfer of the GeoSoftware Business to Topicus and Vela Software for a total cash consideration of US$95 million (subject to certain customary closing adjustments).
