DUBLIN–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The “Singapore: Data Centre Landscape – 2022 to 2026” report has been added to ResearchAndMarkets.com’s offering.

Singapore is important as the largest Data Centre market in Southeast Asia, with over 440,000 m2 of third-party Data Centre space currently available on the island.
To date the Singapore Government has stated that it will be more “selective” about the types of Data Centre that will be accepted in the planning process. Data Centres account for around 7 percent of total power consumption in the island state.
The largest Data Centre in Asia is to open in Singapore during 2022 from Facebook (Meta). but due to planning and restrictions on new capacity, the growth rate in new capacity is due to level off.
