NaLA Wins Court Victory Affirming that States Are Preempted from Setting Rates for Wireless Lifeline Services

WASHINGTON, May 6, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Yesterday, the Northern District of California issued a decision in National Lifeline Association vs. the Commissioners of the California Public Utilities Commission, in their official capacity (Case No. 3:30-cv-08312-MCC).
