The Prime Minister will attend the Crown-Métis Nation Summit. He will be joined by the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, Marc Miller, the Minister of Indigenous Services and Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario, Patty Hajdu, the Minister of Northern Affairs, Minister responsible for Prairies Economic Development Canada and Minister responsible for the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency, Dan Vandal, the President of the King’s Privy Council for Canada and Minister of Emergency Preparedness, Bill Blair, and the Minister of Canadian Heritage and Quebec Lieutenant, Pablo Rodriguez.

The Prime Minister will meet with gun safety advocates. He will be joined by the Vice-Chairman and Team President of the Toronto Raptors and Giants of Africa Co-Founder, Masai Ujiri. The Minister of Public Safety, Marco E.L. Mendicino, and the Minister for Women and Gender Equality and Youth, Marci Ien, will also be in attendance.

The Prime Minister will deliver remarks to commemorate the first National Day Against Gun Violence. He will be joined by the Vice-Chairman and Team President of the Toronto Raptors and Giants of Africa Co-Founder, Masai Ujiri. The Minister of Public Safety, Marco E.L. Mendicino, and the Minister for Women and Gender Equality and Youth, Marci Ien, will also be in attendance.
