Lanco Integrated Brings on New VP of Sales and Marketing and Leader of People and Culture as They Begin to Expand Their Footprint Into Asia and Mexico


WESTBROOK, Maine–()–Lanco Integrated, a global leader in the automation of manufacturing and test equipment, is bringing aboard a new Leader of People and Culture, Sr. Director and Vice president of Sales and Marketing, as they expand into Latin America and ramp up manufacturing efforts in Malaysia.

Rebecca Riley joins Lanco as the Head of People and Culture, Sr. Director. Rebecca Riley has more than a decade of strategic talent acquisition and human resource insight. A tenured HR Executive will be instrumental in securing the talent required to maintain Lanco’s growth and global expansion. Rebecca has a rich background in developing a culture of collaboration and teamwork. She will be a key addition to developing Lanco’s global workforce.
