The merger, which will create 350 employees and establish 8 offices in Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Costa Rica, the United Arab Emirates, and the Netherlands, is focused on the cutting-edge industries of Cybertech, Edutech, Banking, 4-5G Transformation, Hospitality, and Oil and Gas.
The merger will also see the companies enter new markets in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar, with the goal of increasing SaaS revenue by 300% by 2023. This expansion will be facilitated by the acceleration of globalization, and negotiations for local distribution and global coverage through more than 30 distribution channels.
