Daniel and Shelly Hammer join John Gonzalez to strengthen leadership at Engel & Völkers Stuart

Current Broker/Owner, John Gonzalez welcomes Daniel Hammer aboard as an equal partner. Daniel’s wife, Shelly Hammer will also join the leadership team with a focus on recruiting more top local agents to the brokerage.

Husband-and-wife team, Daniel and Shelly Hammer have been with Engel & Völkers Stuart since it opened in 2017. The Hammer Group has represented over $43-million of sales volume since joining Engel & Völkers. Prior to transitioning to real estate, Daniel Hammer had an impressive corporate career including being former President of The Bibb Company and Dan River Inc., CEO/President of Perfect Industries and an executive with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, in addition to leading his own consulting firm. Raised on her family-owned golf course in Michigan, Shelly brings a keen insight into lifestyle communities and luxury properties. She is a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and is active in the Woman’s Club of Stuart.
The changes to the leadership structure come as Engel & Völkers Stuart gears up to expand its coverage beyond Stuart throughout Martin County, including communities such as Hobe Sound, Jensen Beach, Jupiter Island, Palm City, Port Salerno, Sailfish Point, Sewall’s Point and Tequesta. The typical value of homes in Martin County in 2021 was $617,723 and has continued to increase throughout this year.

He is the former President of the Martin County Board of Realtors and a Vice President of Florida Realtors, the state’s largest trade association.
