Dialpad Adds Progressive Channel Leaders to Accelerate Australian Expansion

SYDNEY–()–Dialpad Inc., the industry leader in AI-powered communication and collaboration, today announced the addition of three new leaders to its Australia go-to-market (GTM) team; Roger Rivera, Niall Madden and Cheyne Egelton. The new team leads will support Dialpad’s national channel program and assist with partner enablement and growth. Dialpad’s Australian team growth comes on the heels of the company’s reimagined GTM strategy in the region.

Roger Rivera, Regional Channel Manager based in Sydney, is responsible for building the Dialpad partner ecosystem and channel GTM strategy in Australia. Rivera has more than 11 years of channel experience in Australia, working with global distributors to help local businesses move off of legacy infrastructure and adopt modern, cloud-based technology. Over the past two years, Rivera led Arrow’s Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider business, contributing to its 300% and 140% of year-over-year growth in 2019 and 2020, respectively. In this new role, Rivera aims to build a successful channel ecosystem that evangelises Dialpad’s brand and values.

Niall Madden brings more than 10 years of experience into the role of Regional Channel Manager. Madden has experience across both the channel and telephony industries as National Partner Manager for Vodafone’s inside channel team, where he was responsible for growing the team by 421% in less than five years. As Dialpad’s first employee in Melbourne, Madden will focus on strengthening channel relationships across the region.

Cheyne Egelton, based in Sydney, joins Dialpad as Business Development Representative with a focus on small businesses and mid-market companies. With many years of sales experience, Egelton’s background will prove invaluable as Dialpad aims to help more businesses like Xero, Bing Lee and Deputy move their communications to the cloud and empower employees to work from anywhere.

“I am delighted to welcome Niall, Roger and Cheyne to the Dialpad team,” said Gerard D’Onofrio, Australia Country Manager, Dialpad. “Together, Niall and Roger have the perfect combination of cloud and telephony experience to uplevel the Dialpad channel program like never before. Given the massive potential of the SMB market, having Cheyne on board to focus on those businesses exclusively is a great opportunity and I’m excited to see what we will accomplish.”
