DIAGNOS Welcomes Mr. Michael Braeuel to its Board of


BROSSARD, Quebec, Feb. 29, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Diagnos Inc. (“DIAGNOS” or the “Corporation”) (TSX Venture: ADK) (OTCQB: DGNOF), a pioneer in early detection of critical health issues through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Michael Braeuel to the Corporation’s board of directors (the “Board”).

Mr. Braeuel has a successful track record as an accomplished entrepreneur with over 30 years of hands-on business experience. Over the years, he has been able to establish, expand, and ultimately sell two highly profitable businesses. One of them is providing engineering and systems integration services for machine vision inspection technology. Michael holds a master degree in engineering.
