Rovio Entertainment Corporation has on June 9, 2022 transferred without consideration a total of 142,409 Company’s own shares to Company’s management and key employees based on the Company’s share-based incentive scheme.
Following the transfer, Company holds a total of 7,424,173 of its own shares.
