Rovio Entertainment Corporation has on March 31, 2023, transferred without consideration a total of 59,464 Company’s own shares to Company’s key personnel. The share rewards are related to performance period 2021 of the Company’s Performance Share Plan incentive scheme.
Following the transfer, Company holds total of 6,784,762 own shares.
