Samsung Galaxy C8 images leaked, reveal dual camera and fingerprint sensor

Samsung introduced the Galaxy C series smartphone exclusively in the Chinese market, but later company launched the Galaxy C9 Pro smartphone in the South East Asian markets as well. Last month, Samsung device appeared on Samsung China’s website with SM-C7100 model number and expected to be launched by the name of Galaxy C8. If Samsung launches the Galaxy C8 before the Galaxy J7+ then, it will be the first mid-range smartphone that will have dual camera sensors setup on the back side. The Samsung Galaxy J7+ also will have dual cameras on the rear panel.

Now, the Galaxy C8 promotional images leaked, recently. The leaked images revealed some information of the phone. The Galaxy C8 mid-range smartphone will have dual camera sensors on the back side and physical home button embedded fingerprint sensor on the front panel. It is expected to come with 13-megapixel primary camera and 5-megapixel secondary camera on the back side, which aligned in a vertical.

According to the previous leaks, the Galaxy C8 will come with 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with 1080 x 1920 pixels of resolution. It will be powered by Octa-core CPU which clocks at 2.3 GHz. The Galaxy C8 will have two memory variants, one come with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB internal storage option and another model come with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage option. It will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system out of the box and packed with 2850 mAh battery inside.

Samsung had suggested that the Bixby features would not only for its flagship smartphones but also it will come on the mid-range smartphone. Previously, there were rumored that the Galaxy J7+ come with Bixby feature and the Galaxy C8 is expected to come with Bixby feature. There is no information when the Samsung will launch the Galaxy C8 smartphone in China, or it would be available in the other markets.
