Windows 365: Cloud PC platform price announced for users in India, Windows operating system will run on any device

Microsoft has announced the price of its cloud PC platform Windows 365 in India. With its help, users will be able to access the latest operating system of Windows from any of their devices. The company has said that under Windows 365, users will be able to access the entire Windows OS from a desktop, laptop or mobile device. Microsoft has taken this initiative keeping in mind the rapidly increasing trend of remote access and virtual work in the world due to the pandemic.

Its starting price has been kept at Rs 1,555. There are two types of cloud PC platforms – Windows 365 Enterprise and Windows 365 Business.

Windows 365 – Price

Windows 365 is available in India for a starting price of Rs 1,555 per month. And its maximum price is Rs 12,295. In the plan of Rs 1,555, you will get a virtual processor, 2GB RAM and 64GB storage. If you want to upgrade to two virtual cores, you can do so for Rs 2,180.

If you do not have a license for Windows 10 Pro, you can get the basic version of Windows 365 Business for Rs 1,865 per user per month. The top plan will get eight virtual cores, 32GB of RAM and 512GB of storage at a cost of Rs 12,295 per user per month. It will also be available to regular customers who have not previously had a Windows license. The price for them has been kept at Rs 12,605 per user for one month.

Apart from this, there are also free two-month trials of Windows 365 Basic, Standard and Premium versions. Users can use these services to experience cloud PC. In this, they will not need to pay the subscription charge. It is important to note that users will automatically switch to the paid subscription once the free trial period is over.

The company said that Windows 365 also allows users to store apps, files and documents that they can access at any time on all types of devices, including tablets or Apple Macs.
