Micromax Yu Yureka 2 launched with 4GB RAM at Rs. 11,999

A few months ago, Micromax sub -brand Yu has launched its impressive flagship smartphone to the Indian market, called Yu Yureka Black. Now, the company launched its budget-range smartphone in India, named Yu Yureka 2. It will be available on the Flipkart during its Big Billion Day on September 20 at Rs 11,999 price tag.

Micromax Yu Yureka 2 budget-range smartphone comes with 5.5-inch IPS display with 1080 x 1920 pixels of resolution. It is powered by Octa-core CPU on board which clocks at 2.0 GHz along with Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset. It has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage option along with micro SD card support up to 128 GB.

The Yu Yureka 2 is featured with a 16-megapixel camera on the back side along with LED flash and an 8-megapixel camera on the front side for selfies and video calling. It is packed with bigger 3,930 mAh battery under the hood which can deliver day long day battery back up. It also comes with Quick Charge 3.0 feature and full metal body. There is a fingerprint sensor on the back side as well.

It looks like the Micromax launched the direct competitor of the Xiaomi high-end Redmi Note 4 model. The Yu Yureka 2 smartphone comes with the similar specifications as the Redmi Note 4. But the Yureka 2 will be available at a cheaper price than the Redmi Note 4 at Rs 11,999 (~$185) while the Redmi Note 4 is available at Rs 12,999.

Micromax Yu Yureka 2 will be available in the market from 20 September on Flipkart exclusively during its Big Billion Day event at Rs. 11,999. At this price tag, the device sounds like a pretty good deal for the users.
