Google is adding a new button in Chrome Password Manager, know how it will work

Google Chrome Password Manager helps to store passwords within the browser for quick access. The browser is reportedly getting a new feature that will allow users to send saved passwords to Google Chrome. According to a report, Google has added a new “send password” button to Chrome. Feature is not live yet. Once live, it will allow Chrome users to share passwords with other people within the security of the browser.

Chrome developers have reportedly added a send password button under an overflow menu next to each username and password. There is already a copy password button in the browser. The new feature is likely to take things a step further. Since the button is not live, not much can be said about how it will work.

Meanwhile, Google is testing a new feature to add notes for passwords stored in the Chrome password manager. This feature is available as a test for some users and is not widely available.

This feature can be seen as a simple ‘note’ field under the user name and password field. This option can be seen when you edit or add an existing password for the first time. This feature will help users to reference the account which has already been added by a user. Note section may contain security questions, short information, which can help you remember the details of the account.
