VKWorld is all set to launch its three new smartphones in the market, VKWorld S8 with 18:9 aspect ratio, VKWorld MIX tri bezel-less sides and last VKWorld T2 Plus flip smartphone. Now the company revealed the new details about the T2 Plus smartphone which are interesting. The T2 Plus is the first smartphone to come with Titanium frame.
A year ago, BlackBerry worked with the Porsche design and launched three smartphones to the market, BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9981, BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9982 and BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9983. VKWorld announced that the T2 Plus flip smartphone would feature same display BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9982. Last year, Huawei partnered with Porsche Design.
For those who don’t remember, the BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9982 came with a 4.2-inch display with 720 x 1280 pixels of resolution. It supported 175-degree view angles and 500 nits brightness. The T2 Plus will come with a dual display, inside and outside. It will come with titanium frame for durability and leather finish on the rear panel. There is also a leather finish on the keypad of the phone.
The company announced that there would be a two model of the VKWorld smartphone. The first one base model will come with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB internal storage option. It will be powered by MediaTek MT6737 processor under the hood and packed with 2,600mah capacity battery. It will have a 13-megapixel camera on the back side and 5-megapixel camera on the front side for selfies. It will run on Android Nougat operating system out of the box.
The High-end VKWorld T2 Plus smartphone will have 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage option. It will be powered by MediaTek MTon Android 6750T processor on board and run on Android Nougat operating system out of the box. It will come with a 16-megapixel camera on the back side and 13-megapixel camera on the front side. It will be packed with 3,000 mAh battery under the hood.
There is no information about the price and availability of the both model of VKWorld T2 Plus flip smartphone. But the base model is speculated to announce first at $200. It will be available for Pre-order after the Chinese National Day celebrations in October.
