Lenovo Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus launched in India available on Amazon

Lenovo has launched the special edition of the Motorola Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus in the Indian market on 29 August (today), called Motorola Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus. Both smartphones will be available on Amazon India exclusively and sale will start tonight at 11:59 PM. Both Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus are mid-range smartphones.

The company has already launched the Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus smartphones globally, earlier this month. Both the Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus smartphones come with a fingerprint sensor which is embedded in physical home button. They have metal unibody designs and water-repellent nano-coating. They are supporting TurboPower charger feature for quick charging.

Motorola Moto G5S

Motorola Moto G5S is Dual SIM smartphone and features a 5.2-IPS LCD display with 1920 x 1080 pixels of resolution. The screen of the smartphone is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by Octa-core CPU under the hood which clocks at 1.4 GHz along with Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset. It has 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB internal storage option along with micro SD card support up to 128 GB.

Lenovo Moto G5S is equipped with a 16-megapixel camera on the back side along with PDAF, a f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. On the front side, there is a 5-megapixel camera with a f/2.0 aperture, wide-angle lens and an LED flash for taking selfies and video calling. It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat operating system out of the box and packed with non-removable 3000 mAh battery inside.

The Moto G5S smartphone comes with 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v4.2, Micro-USB, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz), GPS/ A-GPS and 3.5 mm audio jack port connectivity features. It has an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, and proximity sensors on board. It comes with TurboPower fast charging feature that offers you up to 6 hours of battery life in just 15 minutes charging.

Motorola Moto G5S Plus

The Moto G5s Plus comes with a bigger 5.5-inch display with same 1080 Full HD pixels of resolution. It is powered by an Octa-core CPU which clocks at 2 GHz along with Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 chipset under the hood. It has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage option along with micro SD card support up to 128 GB.

Motorola Moto G5S Plus is featured with dual 13-megapixel cameras on the back side along with depth editing software, a f/2.0 aperture and colour correcting dual-LED flash. It has an 8-megapixel camera on the front side for taking selfies and video calling along with f/2.0 aperture, wide-angle lens, and an LED flash.

Lenovo Moto G5S Plus runs on Android 7.1 Nougat operating system out of the box and packed with 3000 mAh battery inside the body. It has TurboPower charging feature. It comes with an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope and proximity sensors. It has 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v4.2, Micro-USB, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz), GPS/ A-GPS and 3.5 mm audio jack port connectivity features.

The company launched Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus in India at Rs. 13,999 and Rs. 15,999, respectively. Both the smartphone available on Amazon Indian exclusively and the sale will go on 29 August (Tuesday) at 11:59 IST. The Moto G5S will be available in Lunar Gray and Fine Gold color options and the Moto G5 Plus will be available in Lunar Gray and Blush Gold color model.

The Moto G5S will be available to purchase via Amazon, Moto Hub, leading large format retailers and retailer partners. While the Moto G5S Plus will be available to buy via Amazon India and after that, it will be available via Moto Hub offline stores in Delhi-NCR and Mumbai.
