How to enable and use Reachability on iPhone X

When we think about technology, we think about Apple. And when we think about smartphones, iPhones are the first thing that comes to the mind.  Every time Apple launch a new iPhone there is always a new, exotic feature we can count on. And the iPhone X reachability feature has been the trending topic since its launch.

So when a small screen iPhone became a large screen iPhone to run their competition out, one more time, they took care of the user experience like always. When Apple launched large-screen iPhones with iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus with the screen sizes of 4.7- and 5.5-inch respectively, they also introduced a feature called Reachability.

The rumors about the reachability of iSO 11 first started in the month of September with a leaked version. The rumors were about iPhone reachability not working anymore on the new iPhone X.  So, let us know what all the fuzz is about.

Apple reachability feature has been introduced for easy user access. With the help of the reachability feature, a user can easily access the onscreen interface with his thumb on the big screen iPhones.   Double tap (and not double press) on the home button unlocks the reachability feature. It brings the onscreen user interface towards the bottom and enables access to apps with just one hand. You need not to stretch your thumb up the screen to access the apps.  Double tapping the home button or touching the area outside the UI gets the display back to the original.

Due to the ease of access, Apple’s reachability feature earned instant popularity. It has been said that more than 55% of the regular iPhone users, use the reachability feature. Everything was fine before Apple introduced its new phone iPhone X. There is no home button on iPhone X which makes it difficult to access the Reachability on iPhone X. Though this new move has taken in order to give more space to the screen to the user, the new move has changed the basics of Reachability. The reachability is turned off by default. Given below are the small steps to get the reachability on iPhone X back to basics.
