According to Oppo, the new Realme is launching their phone by keeping the Indian youth in mind. The phones of Realme will be available on online only. Till date, it is available via Amazon India. The price for the phone will be ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 20,000. Oppo is planning to take on Xiaomi with the new Realme 1. Oppo is planning to take the market of the budget smartphone segment.
The Realme 1 is starting at a price of Rs 8,990. The phone is having a display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. Realme 1 will have a fiberglass body with a RAM till 6 GB. It has been designed mainly to kill the market of the Redmi Note 5 Pro.
It’s all about the design and looks of Realme 1
The Realme 1 has the body made up of fiberglass and the backside is having a glossy diamond cut effect. According to Oppo, there are 15 tangent planes carved on the back portion of the phone that will have the ability to reflect light in different ways and will look similar to a diamond.
The phone is having a screen-to-body ratio of 84.75 percent which makes the phone very compact and pocketable. The screen is not borderless, but however, the front side of the phone looks modern and sleek. Instead of the plastic frame, the phone is having a top notch.
The rear camera of Realme 1 barely protrudes from the chassis. The volume rocker is present on the left side of the phone while the sim tray and power button are on the right side of the phone. Here is the absence of fingerprint sensor but it is having the facial recognition for security along with patterns, pins and password mode to unlock.

The phone is powered by Octa-core MediaTek Elio P60 processor that is clocked at 2.0 GHz. There are 3 variants depending on the storage capacity and RAM.

The phone is offering their user with such great design and features at such a low price then it is expected to take the market of the Xiaomi Mi phones. There will be no flash sale for the product. However, the demand for the Realme 1 will be extremely high because of the features offered at such a low price.
