Xiaomi Launches Redmi Note 8T with 48MP Quad Camera Setup Launched

After Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro, Xiaomi has launched a new phone, the Redmi Note 8T for the European market. The phone has been launched in three variants and the price of the device starts from 179 Euros (approx. Rs 14,065).

Redmi Note 8T Specifications

As far as the specifications are concerned, the new Redmi Note 8T comes with a 6.3-inch full-HD+ display with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, 88.3 percent screen-to-body ratio, 84 percent NTSC colour gamut, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The display of the smartphone has Sunlight Mode, Night Mode, and Reading Mode. Powering tge device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 AIE SoC, paired with Adreno 610 GPU. The phone is coupled with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. The storage can even be further expandable up to 256GB with the help of a microSD card.

On the camera department, the new Redmi Note 8T features a quad rear camera setup with 48-megapixel Samsung GM1 primary camera, 8-megapixel 120° ultrawide angle lens, 2-megapixel depth sensor and 2-megapixel Macro camera. On the front, it has a 13-megapixel camera sensor. The front camera of the phone comes loaded with AI features such as AI beautify, AI portrait mode, panorama selfie, and Face Unlock.

It runs on Android 9.0 Pie-based MIUI 10 out of the box and packs 4,000mAh battery with 18W and Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging support. There is a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB-Type C, and 3.5mm headphone jack. It measures are 158.3 x 75.3 x 8.35mm and weighs around 190 grams.

Redmi Note 8T Price and Availability

Coming to the price, the new Redmi Note 8T is priced at 179 Euros (approx. Rs 14,065) for 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage variant while the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant costs 199 Euros (approx. Rs 15,670). At last, the top model with 4GB RAM with 128GB storage costs 249 Euros (approx. Rs 19,565). Redmi Note 8T comes in Moonshadow Grey, Starscape Blue and Moonlight White colour options. The smartphone will be available in Spain and Italy from November 8, from November 13 in France and from November 15th in the country Germany.
