Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro specs leaked Ahead Of Launch

Xiaomi is going to introduce the Redmi Note 5 smartphone in India at the launch event tomorrow. The company is also expected to introduce the Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphone and Mi TV 4 along with XIaomi Redmi NOte 5.

But the full specs of both devices Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro are already leaked online. Leaked specs confirm that the both device comes with 6-inch full-screen display with 18:9 aspect ratio.

According to leaked images, it looks like the Redmi Note 5 is just a rebranded Redmi 5 Plus. The phone will come with a 6-inch display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution with 2.5D curved glass on top. The Redmi Note 5 is powered by Snapdragon 625 processor under the hood along with Adreno 506 GPU. The phone will be available in two versions, one comes with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB internal storage and another comes with 4 GB of RAM with 64 GB internal storage on board.

XIaomi Redmi Note 5 will be featured with a 12-megapixel camera on the back side and 5-megapixel camera on the front side for selfies along with Beautify 3.0 feature and LED flash. It also comes with a fingerprint sensor on the back side.

In terms of connectivity, it will support 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and GPS. It is packed with 4,000 mAh capacity battery inside. The phone will be available in Rose Gold, Champagne Gold, Black, and Blye.

On the other hand, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro also comes with a same 6-inch display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. It has 2.5D curved glass on top, 1500:1 contrast ratio, 450 nits brightness, and 83% NTSC color gamut. The phone is powered by Octa-COre CPU under the hood which clocked at 1.8 GHz along with Snapdragon 636 1nm chipset, it also has Adreno 509 Adreno for graphics performance.

The Redmi Note 5 Pro comes in three variants, one with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB internal storage, second 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage and last 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage on board. All variants of the phone support micro SD card up to 128 GB.

The Redmi Note 5 Pro is featured with dual camera sensor on the back side, 12-megapixel primary camera with dual LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, 1.25 μm pixel size and phase detection autofocus and 5-megapixel secondary camera with f/2.0 lens and 1.12 μm pixel size, the secondary camera able to deliver focused foreground and creamy blurred backgrounds.

The phone comes with 20-megapixel front-facing camera with Sony IMX376 sensor at the upper left corner like the iPhone X.

It comes with a fingerprint sensor on the back side and packed with 4,000 mAh capacity battery under the hood. In terms of connectivity, It has 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS + GLONASS and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz + 5GHz).

The Redmi Note 5 Pro will run on Android Nougat operating system with MIUI 9 running on top. It will be available in Blue, Rose Gold, Champagne Gold and Black colors option.
