Table of Contents

#3. Deepak Chahar vs Quinton de Kock-

de Kock has played some good cameos in the IPL 2019 so far. He has given the franchise a brisk start with his aggressive strokeplay and he would be looking to do the same against Mumbai Indians. But here he faces the challenge of Deepak Chahar who has been highly consistent in this year’s IPL especially in the Powerplays.

Chahar has bowled on the trott in the Powerplays so far and hence Mumbai would want de Kock to go after him and break CSk’s rhythm.

#2. Malinga vs Raina-

Among all Mumbai bowlers, Malinga is the only one who has troubled Suresh Raina to some extent. Raina has got starts in IPL season 12 but doesn’t have a big score under his belt. And there can’t be a better chance than this to make a statement for CSK’s most prolific batsman so far.

#1. Bumrah vs Dhoni-

With all the talks about Kohli vs Bumrah, the match-up between Bumrah and Dhoni has been underappreciated so far. However this is a highly mouth-watering match-up as Bumrah and Dhoni are at their best in the death overs and hence are most probably going to have a face-to-face battle.

Can Dhoni unleash his helicopter or the disdainful whip courtesy his powerful muscles against Bumrah’s searing yorkers? Or will Bumrah go wide of the stumps or bowl a few slower ones to protect himself from the wrath of Dhoni?

This contest is for sure the highlight of this MI vs CSK IPL 2019 match.
