Union Budget session to begin on January 29, 2021

Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi announced the dates for the budget session. Joshi said that the first phase of the budget session will start from January 29 and will end on February 15.

Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi announced the dates of the budget session and said that the intention of the government is to complete the session without any hindrance. Joshi told in an interview that the first phase of the budget session will start from January 29 and will end on February 15.

The president will address the budget session on January 29 and the session will start. Parliamentary Affairs Minister said, “If an emergency bill or ordinance is to be brought, then we will think seriously on it and take necessary decisions.” He said that the budget will be presented on 1 February.

Ghulam Nabi Azad targeted

Leader of the Opposition Ghulam Nabi Azad wrote a letter to the Vice-President for calling the Parliament session. At the same time, Prahlad Joshi has targeted Ghulam Nabi Azad. He said, ” He came to know about the session and that’s why they wrote the letter. This is the strategy of opposition.” He added, “Ghulam Nabi Azad is a senior leader and I have respect for him.”

The second phase of the budget session

Prahlad Joshi said that the second phase of the budget session will be from 8 March to 8 April. He said that while the session the Covid-19 protocols will be strictly followed. While the Covid-19 vaccine will be first given to frontline workers on behalf of the government. He said that important issues will be discussed in the upcoming session. At the same time, in the year 2020, due to the Covid-19 outbreak, the session could not go on for a long time that this time the session should be a little longer and that every important issue should be discussed in a meaningful way.
