Why does suffering come when you don’t spend time alone?

There are many people with different personality traits. Sometimes, we’ll see people able to overcome the most difficult situations with a smile and sometimes, people become weak when they face any difficulty and quit. Suicide is the best example. Some survive the most difficult phase of their life because they know the importance of their life and they value time and life.

The person committing suicide would be in the middle of chaos but no situation is greater than the life we have.

Why does suffering come when you don’t spend time alone ?

You don’t listen to your inner voice

Many times, we know the right answer but we aren’t able to listen to the inner voice. Sometimes, when we share our problems with others, we know exactly what we want but we try to hear it from others.

You know the reason why? Because you aren’t ready to accept the truth, you don’t find courage to stand on what you think, and there might be many other reasons for the same.

But these problems arise because you don’t sit alone with yourself. Just sit at any place without Phone, laptop or anything. Just you and your thoughts or sometimes not even your thoughts.

Don’t take opportunity and regret later

Regret is the worst feeling one could have. It keeps haunting you and never lets you move on. It’s obvious that your past changed but you have the power to change your present. But we are so indulged in our past and thoughts that we never try to move one which creates suffering in our life.

You don’t know the power of your mind
