How to take action in life? 

Many times we aren’t able to understand what to do and what not to do. You don’t know how you can make changes in your life or you know how you can change your life but are unable to due to various reasons including lack of energy, a comfortable zone, procrastination, etc. We all know what we need to do but still ask others because we aren’t ready to accept the reality.

If you aren’t accepting reality then there is a chance that you won’t take charge of your life. When you don’t take charge of life, your life will flow in a way you never planned to be. 

But there are few steps through which you can take charge of your life. 


Stop and observe


We are just running in the race of life and aren’t observing our situation. Sometimes you need to stop and observe your situations. You have to see your mistakes. You are feeling that no one values you but the reason is you are reflecting everything. You need to observe the pattern. 


Take small steps


We can’t change everything within a minute. When you try to improve yourself with the passage of time then the change is permanent and not for a passage of time. Change is difficult and our body doesn’t like changes which sometimes create frustration. So, when you try to change yourself while taking small steps then it is proven effective. 


Spend time alone 


Spending time alone is one of the best things one can do in their life. When you enjoy your company, there is a high probability that you will enjoy others’ company and others will enjoy your company because you love yourself so, you don’t need anyone desperately. 

One need not to take two to three hours, just 15 mins daily is enough but you need to do that on a constant basis.
