How to keep yourself calm?

We are living in a world where you need to have control over your mind else you are going to end your life as hell. Sometimes, things happen as per your wish but sometimes it is against you and at that time you need to keep yourself calm. But do you think we are able to keep ourselves calm?

Obviously it is not as easy as written. You need to practice it. Sometimes, you won’t be able to keep yourself calm but you need to keep trying and follow a few steps then you would be able to keep yourself calm.

Sleep and get up on time

 

You need to follow a routine, when you eat on time, sleep on time and even get up on time then you can live a healthy life and when you are healthy, the chances of being calm will be increased.

 

Clean yourself externally and internally

 

When you take shower or keep your surroundings clean, you feel positive and relaxed. But if you are living around a messed up area then you will realise that you are feeling anxious. So, you need to keep your environment clean. The same is applicable for your inner self. You need to think positive and not have any envy or negativity for anyone.

 

Spend some time with nature

 

Our body is made up of the air element also. So, you should at least connect with nature. So, to a park or simply in an open area and take a breath in the air. Anxiety, depression weren’t there in the past. Our kinsmen never witnessed such things at such a large scale. But we are witnessing it because of our actions.

So, one should avoid doing this, else you will face other issues in life.
