J Abdul Kalam once said that “one should dream big and aim for the skies”. So, here is the steps to follow –
i. Dream Big and work for it
There are many instances when we don’t want to dream big because we don’t believe in ourselves. If you don’t believe in yourself, do you think anyone else will believe in you? Just expecting to be extraordinary without giving your best won’t make you extraordinary.
ii. Enjoy being uncomfortable
People like to be in their comfort zone only because we don’t want to do something out of the box. For instance – would you love to sleep and watch Netflix or work in an office? Do you like Monday morning or Saturday night?
Consistency means to do something on regular basis with patience. If someone do whatever they are expected to do on a daily basis, then soon they will observe improvement in their work.
iv. Inculcate thirst for knowledge
Do you need motivation to drink water especially when you are thirsty? No, then why we need external force to motivate us to study or acquire knowledge. The easiest way to do their best and become extraordinary is through inculcating thirst for knowledge.
