Everyone is going through personal struggles we know nothing about it

How quickly we judge people but do we put ourselves in their shoes? We don’t know the situation and why the person keeps reacting in such a way. For instance- your mother often gets mad at you or she keeps getting on pity things. So, we may feel frustrated or blame her for such an attitude but this is not her alone fault. Here, we need to understand her situation. She isn’t emotionally stable, she needs someone to care the way she does and when she finds herself alone, she gets frustrated. But we aren’t able to understand her situation because we see the smile on the face and not their personal struggle. We aren’t ready to understand people or show our gratitude towards them which actually makes the other person feel alone.

“As I have said, the first thing is to be honest with yourself. You can never have an impact on society if you have not changed yourself… Great peacemakers are all people of integrity, of honesty, but humility.”

– Nelson Mandela

Now, the question is how you can understand and help other people? All you have to do is be calm and show gratitude then start yourself and show kindness. Then you’ll realise the love and pain of others.
