President Fernandez may face trial for her suspected role of the 1994 bombing

President Cristina Fernandez De Kircher of Argentina faces strong allegations of her role in the 1994 bombing of the AMIA building in Buenos Aires which claimed the lives of 85 Israelites.

Already there has been many instances brought up by Prosecutor Gerardo Pollicita like the sudden death of Alberto Nisman last month who had filed a report against President Fernandez accusing her of shielding the bombers of Iranian origin.

Pollitico claims that the motive behind this attack was that the President would be granted favorable Oil deals and other supplies from Iran, an accusation both the President and Iranian officials strongly denied.

Along with the President, Pollitico has also named others like Foreign Minister Hector Timerman, congressman Andres Larroque and many more.

It will be the federal magistrate Judge Daniel Rafecas who will look into the information brought by Pollitico and then decide whether to strip the President and the Foreign Minister from their immunity or not.

Both President Fernandez and Foreign Minister  Timerman are serving members and are entitled to immunity from legal proceedings. However if the evidence against them is strong then the congress would be asked to lift their immunity and contest the trial put forth against them

After Forensic analysis it was reported that at the time of Nisman’s death they traced DNA samples that belonged to some one else.
