PM Modi reframe the government motto from “Jaan hai toh Jahan hai” to “Jaan bhi Jahan bhi”

On Saturday Prime Minister Narendra Modi has communicated with chief ministers of all the states and Union territories through video conferencing for further planning to tackle with this Coronavirus pandemic.

Pm modi reframe the earlier motto of the government from ‘jaan hai to jahaan hai’ to ‘jaan bhi jahaan bhi’.

In the video Conference meeting 13 chief ministers including Punjab, Delhi, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh, have asked for the extension of lockdown for COVID-19 pandemic. Modi said that “if there will be equal consent among leader then lockdown will be extended in an upcoming week”. He further said that “I am available 24×7. Any chief minister can talk to me and give suggestions. Together we can fight with this Pandemic”.

 

Here’s few Important notes said by Cheif Minister of different states during Video Conference Meeting.

 

Delhi CM Kejriwal said that “The lockdown decision should not be taken on state-level but it should be on National level as well because the State-level lockdown is less effective”. He further said, “If the lockdown gets extended all transportation should also be closed”.

 

Many CM requested Modi to extend lockdown. The Health Ministry gave a presentation on the current situation of Coronavirus in-country during the video conference.

According to sources the non-BJP chief ministers asked that for how long they could keep migrants in their states as they want to return home and also asked for central package to deal with COVID-19.

 

Odisha and Punjab has become first state for the announcement of the extension of lockdown. On Thursday Orrisa CM Naveen Patnaik said that” this Pandemic is the biggest danger for  human race”. Life will be not same after this Virus”.

In previous meeting with Cheif Minister of different states, PM said that “the centre and states must have a common strategy to cop up with this problem”.
