Paris Attacks: More than 120 dead in a coordinated attack on 6 places in Paris

Paris Attacks: Around 120 people died in a series of coordinated attacks on various venues at Paris. It is the deadliest attack on the French capital in the history of country. The unidentified gunmen targeted six locations which includes restaurants, a concert hall and stadium.

1. Bataclan concert hall:

The auditorium was full of 1,500 people who were enjoying the concert by American band Eagles of Death metals. More than 82 people are dead due to the attack by gunmen on this popular performance venue in the Eastern Paris. The gunmen converted cheerful music event into a genocide as they killed the members of audience with AK-47s. Many people even thought that the gun firing was a part of the concert but later everybody realised that the gunmen were randomly firing at the audience. Four attackers were killed after police intervened. Three of them activated suicide bombs and one was shot dead after they screamed, “It’s the fault of Hollande, it’s the fault of your president, he should not have intervened in Syria.”

2. State de France:

France’s national stadium was also stormed by the three loud explosions during the football match between France and Germany. The attack left four people dead in an explosion during first of half the match nearby McDonald’s restaurant. One explosion was conducted by a suicide bomber. French President Francois Hollande was also present at the venue.

3. Rue De Charonne:

Just nearby the stadium, a Japanese restaurant and café was targeted. Around 18 people were killed.

4. Rue Alibert:

Cambodian restaurant Le Petit Cambodge located at Rue Alibert in the 10th district was attacked through terrace. The gunmen killed 12 people before authorities could arrive.

5. Rue de la Fontaine au Roi:

The Casa Nostra pizzeria nearby Bataclan was another target. The pizzeria’s terrace was stormed by gunmen in which 5 people were killed.

6. Boulevard Voltaire:

Along with this, one suicide bomber activated his vest at Boulevard Voltaire which left one another civilian dead.
