July 7 saw long time lovers Shahid and Mira officially being pronounced man and woman. As they embark on this new experience it’s going to be one busy start for these two. First they will be flying down to Mumbai on the 12th for their grand reception and it won’t be necessary to admit that there will be some of the biggest stars in the guest list and after that Shahid will be taking his sweetheart to his newly constructed house in Juhu, facing the great Arabian sea.
The couple had earlier planned the wedding somewhere around the month of December but it’s already evident by this sudden turn of events that their love just outweighed the long wait.
One may say it was fate that led them to each other but on a closer inspection it was actually their faith that did the magic. Both Shahid’s family and Mira’s family are followers of the religious group Radha Soami Satsang Beas and it was on such occasions that these two strangers became friends, friends became lovers and now the lovers have become two in one.
Shahid’s fan would have easily predicted that his wife to be will be someone from the industry, but he himself said once that if he was ever to get married, he wouldn’t do so with someone from the same line of profession as this would help him get an outside perspective and not create any unwanted complications with another star.
No one knows exactly where it all began as Mira is not from B town and Shahid was just too good in laying low. In the beginning however Mira was doubtful about tying the knot with Shahid, given the reasons for their 13 years age gap and the glamorous world Shahid hailed from. But all in all in all at the end the prince and the princess somehow had their happily ever after.
Honeymoon might still have to wait as It Mr. Kapur’s schedule is going to be tight for sometime .The Jab We Met star is going to be busy with the dance reality ‘Jhalak Dikhla Jaa’ and his two upcoming movies ‘Shandaar’ and ‘Udta Punjab’ releasing this year very soon.
