Redmi Note 5, Redmi Note 5 Pro sale on February 28

Redmi Note 5 or Redmi Note 5 Pro, Redmi offers you the cheapest phones in the market with high specifications. Obviously, these phones are durable and so they are in high demand on the market. No other phones in the market are offering such specifications at so low price. Redmi is launching two new phones one is Note 5 and the other one is Note 5 Pro, so it’s you who is going to decide whether to take Note 5 or Note 5 Pro. One of the major factors that is creating a difference between Note 5 and Note 5 Pro is the price.

Redmi Note 5 is having a price of Rs 9999 and Redmi Note5 Pro is having a price of Rs 13,999 which is a bit higher. So the main question that arises in a person’s mind is where the distinction does take place and whether the price is worth or not. Let’s have a clear look where the distinction lies-

In the field of performance and software

Here only the distinction between the two phones becomes apparent. In case of Note 5 Pro the Snapdragon 636 is created to have a better optimization of battery, not only that it increases the speed as well as it gives higher graphics configuration. But in case of Redmi Note 5 it is having Snapdragon 625 which is an older version that is present in Note 4 also. Hence for loading of any games or going through any emails or while taking photos, Note 5 pro is pretty much faster than Note 5. Note 5 Pro is the first smartphone that is having Snapdragon 636 SoC.

From the camera point of view

Here also the difference is visible, Note 5 pro is having a dual camera of 12 MP and 5 MP whereas the Note 5 is having a single back camera of 12 MP. But still Note 5 has the capability of recording 4 K videos whereas the Note 5 Pro can record the only video up to 1080p. Even the front camera of the Redmi Note5 Pro is 20 MP with LED flash while the regular version is 5 MP.

Battery life

Both the phones are having same battery life but however Note 5 Pro fails here as it lasts up to 12-hours whereas the battery of Note 5 last up to 12 hour 30 minutes this is because of the high specifications that the Note 5 Pro is carrying with it.

However all other specifications of both the phones are same that is the display, as well as building of both the phones, are similar but still it will be a good choice of choosing Redmi Note 5 Pro over Redmi Note 5 if you are ready to give Rs 4000 more, and this giving of Rs 4000 is worth. So here comes your turn to decide whether to choose Redmi Note5 Pro or Redmi Note 5.
