CTET 2018 on September 16 – registration from June 22 at ctet.nic.in

The online application process for the Central Teacher’s National Eligibility Test (CTET), sorted out by the Central Board of Secondary Education, will begin from June 22. Data about its courses, capabilities, criteria, examination expenses, examination focuses and so on will be accessible on CTET’s site www.ctet.nic.in from June 12. This examination will be hung on September 16, 2018, of every 92 urban communities of the nation. Candidates can apply online just for this. The last date for applying on the web is July 19. Charges can be paid until July 21 till 3.30.

CTET 2018: Exam pattern

CTET comprises of two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper no. 1 to those applicants who will show classes 1 to class 5. Also, Paper No 2 is for those aspirants who need to end up a teacher for class 6 to class 8.

CTET 2018: Examination time schedule

Paper II – 9.30 am to 12.00 pm

The paper I – 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm.

Application expenses:

General/OBC classification – Rs 600 for one paper and Rs 1000 for both paper I and paper II.

SC/ST/Differently-abled classification – Rs 300 for one paper and Rs 500 for both the papers.

CTET 2018 Qualification

  • The competitor ought to have passed the Senior Secondary (or its comparable) exam with no less than 50 % marks. He/she ought to shrivel pass or show up in the last year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Or then again

  • Other than passing Class 12 or Senior Secondary exam with no less than 45%, he/she ought to show up an inconclusive year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education as per the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.

  • Senior Secondary (or its equal) with no less than 50% marks and passed or showing up in the final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

  • Senior Secondary (or its identical) with no less than 50% marks and passed or showing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

Or on the other hand

  • Graduation and passed or showing up in the final year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education
