Real Madrid Star Rebels to move to Chelsea?

Real Madrid Star Rebels to move to Chelsea?, It is a tale of two different players revolting at their clubs for transfers with the common denominator being Real Madrid. Madrid midfielder Matteo Kovacic is refusing to train and rebelling unless he is granted to depart. Whereas, Chelsea goalkeeper and World Cup hero Thibaut Courtois is not coming to train at Stamford Bridge, with his agent clearly stating that the goalie wants to move at Madrid.

The Kovacic Story:

Real Madrid mouthpiece Marca, very reliable on Madrid news has broken the Kovacic news with the headline “Kovacic Rebels: The player will no longer train until Madrid facilitate his departure.” The Croatian midfielder will not turn up for training until his club grants his wishes to depart. Until his future is resolved, the player has refused to train.  Marca adds: ”Kovacic decided not to go back to training after he met with Real Madrid officials this morning. He doesn’t understand why the club isn’t willing to let him go after declaring 3 times his intention to leave & even informing Lopetegui. At the moment, Mateo will stay home.”

Respected journalist Lucas Navarrete has said: ”Real Madrid are tasting their own medicine re: Kovacic… Unpleasant, but so many times they’ve asked players to do the same in order to sign them.”

Prominent La Liga journalist Jose Luis Sanchez reveals: ”The Club is trying to convince Kovacic to change his mind and stay. If he insists on leaving, it will be for an important sum of money & Real Madrid will sign a top replacement.”

Transfer gurus like Di Marzio and Alfredo Pedulla say, if Madrid let Kovacic leave, Chelsea are the frontrunners to secure his services as the Blues are keen on the midfield. Pedulla writes: ‘Sarri wants Kovacic at Chelsea, Real Madrid refuse to sell but the Croatian is pushing to go. If there were any market plots with Real in the last 48 hours of the market it would be a name to be taken seriously.’

Marca revealed that the midfield rejected a move to United since he doesn’t like the style of playing under Jose Mourinho. If Kovacic is allowed to leave, Chelsea will be his destination but the Blues need to act quickly since the EPL Transfer window is closing this week.

The Courtois Story:

The goalkeeper is refusing to train as he is on a strike in a bid to secure his move to Madrid.
