SPARTANBURG, SOUTH CAROLINA, USA, October 23, 2023 /EINPresswire.com/ — Hudson Automotive Group has entered into an agreement to acquire Vic Bailey Automotive of Spartanburg.
Vic Bailey Automotive has been a cornerstone of the Spartanburg community for more than 54 years, garnering a reputation for excellent customer service and providing a stress-free car buying experience. Each of its dealerships maintain the same dedication to excellence and are pillars in the Spartanburg business community. “We are grateful to our loyal customers, as well as our dedicated employees who have made our business such a huge success. The transaction is expected to close in early December, adding five dealerships and a collision center to the Hudson Automotive Group. The five dealerships acquired will be rebranded to Volkswagen of Spartanburg, Spartanburg Honda, Subaru of Spartanburg, Ford/Lincoln of Spartanburg and Mazda of Spartanburg.
