Shahid Kapoor soon going to be seen in his upcoming movie ‘Kabir Singh’ in the lead role of the same name. Kabir Singh movie is a remake of a Telugu movie ‘Arjun Reddy’, directed & story written by Sandeep Vanga and produced by Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar. Sandeep Vanga first approached Ranveer Singh for the movie but later Shahid Kapoor.
Kiara Advani playing the lead female role opposite to Shahid Kapoor in a movie ‘Kabir Singh’. This is the first movie when both Shahid and Kiara paired up together. Shahid Kapoor looks somewhat similar to movie ‘Udta Punjab’ as on that movie he did a role of a drug addict but through the teaser of movie Kabir Singh, Shahid looks defines as a bad boy with thick beard, black sunglasses and cigarette between his lip, he smoke, drink but he’s also a Doctor and whenever he talked he used so much of abusive languages, and he’s always aggressive. Kiara seems to be a shy one.

Shahid Kapoor told media that he took two hours shower daily to remove the smell of cigarettes from his body, he usually intakes 20 cigarettes daily. Shahid also told that for play role for a college student and then as a doctor, he ones gain 8 kg weight to look like a doctor and then lose 12 kg weight to be a college student.
