Parineeti Chopra is afraid of snakes, Akshay Kumar fears his wife Twinkle Khanna.

Kesari lead actors Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra were seen on The Kapil Sharma Show to promote their film. The episode was full of fun and some shocking yet interesting revelations. They talked about the behind-the-scenes on Kesari sets, Priyanka’s marriage and how Parineeti received Joota-money from Nick Jonas and how his friend flirted with her at the ceremony.

Parineeti had to try a lot to match with Akshay Kumar’s punctuality. She told Akshay used to stand outside her vanity van and wait for her to come out for the shoot. She was shocked by the discipline and was continuously trying to match the level.

Speaking of fun on the sets, Parineeti told that they two used to play poker on sets during their free time. Akshay won many times and she owed him a lot of money. She recently tweeted a picture of her giving him money when she saw that the news of owing money to Akshay Kumar is in papers. The most interesting part was when they talked about their fears. Parineeti told that she has a phobia of snakes while Akshay said he is afraid of his wife Twinkle Khanna the most.

When Kapil asked Parineeti about Priyanka’s wedding :

When Kapil asked Parineeti about her cousin Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’s wedding, the chat turned interesting. Kapil asked her if she was given money in Indian currency or USD and Parineeti told that not only did she get a lot of money but she also got diamonds.

After the wedding, Parineeti took her twitter account to tell about Joota Money.  She twitted “To all those speculating the joota hiding money – you know nothing!! All I can say is – you’re wrong!!!!! Haha. Nick was MORE THAN CRAZY HUGELY MADLY GENEROUS! No words. Still reeling. Phew. He shocked us. Whatta playa!!! @nickjonas.”

Sharma also asked her if any of Nick’s friends flirted with her during the ceremony and she replied laughingly that “Line to mara par Maine line di Nahi! (They did flirt with me but I didn’t give them any consideration.)

Kesari film is releasing on March 21 (Holi). It is the story of 21 Sikh soldiers of 36th Sikh Regiment of the British Indian Army who fought with 10,000 Pashtun men in 1897 in a place called Saragarhi. Saragarhi is now Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region of Pakistan.
