Mother’s Day Special: T-Series presents song ‘Meri Maa’ sung by Jubin Nautiyal

Celebrating Mother’s Day (10th May) with a song dedicated to all mothers of the world. T-series gives a tribute to motherhood by presenting a song titled ‘Meri Maa’. The song is released today (9th May) amid the chaos of coronavirus lockdown where everyone is sitting at home relaxing and hardly working, the mothers are not off duty. Dedicating this song that describes the beautiful emotion for a mother, who keeps aside their own happiness to cherish their loved ones.

The music video is a kind of lyrical one, composed of adorable bond and moments between a kid and a mother. The video has many scenes from the 2007 released movie ‘Taare Zameen Par’. The movie was based on a dyslexic boy Ishaan, who was totally messed up in his boarding school life. Ram Shanker Nikumbh (played by Aamir Khan) helps him discover his hidden potential. The scenes where Ishaan and his mother share beautiful moments are used in this video.

The music for the mother’s day special song is composed by Javed-Mohsin and the lyrics are written by Danish Sabri. While Jubin Nautiyal crooned the song.

The video has a statement ‘ mother and motherhood are even superior to heaven.’ It has a number of quotations from well known people –
