Nepotism is the burning topic when Bollywood is taken into account. If you don’t know what Nepotism is then in simple words. Kangana Ranaut is one of the boldest and self-made actresses of the Bollywood. She always slams actors for carrying forward the nepotism. A few months ago, she got into a literal war with Karan Johar and Saif Ali Khan. She also slammed Alia Bhatt.
Alia is one of the highest paid actresses of Bollywood. She made her fame out of her amazing performances. We have witnessed her skills from the Student of the year to Gully Boy and she is just improving and making us awestruck. She is just 25 and has so much of praises and awards on her name. But she lives under the tag of promotor of nepotism.
She recently received an award called Women of Worth (WOW) which is given by Outlook Business to women who are outshining in various fields. When she was asked about nepotism and being a star kid, she said, “Nepotism exists in every field. If you know somebody from a certain field, you will always help them.
Having said that, I am so in love with acting and being an actor, I would be devastated if I never got the opportunity. I am in no place to sit and say that they don’t know what they are talking about. How can you say that? Of course, it feels terrible if someone else is getting an opportunity because of their family.
So, there is no way to counter that thought. It does exist but having said that, once you come in the foray, so to speak, the audience chooses you. So, if you are working, it is not as if you are getting lucky every time. There does go some hard work into that. As I said, there are no negative thoughts. I can’t wake up and say sorry for being born in this family. But I can definitely say that I will work as hard as possible to prove that I deserve to be here”
We also believe that Alia is an amazing star. She is now all set for her upcoming film Kalank which seems to be the blockbuster.
