The news of banning Player’s Unknown Battle Grounds (PUBG) had left every gamer amazed. The Government of India on 2 September 2020 decided to ban around 150 Chinese apps including the PUBG mobile. But after the ban on PUBG, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar announced the release of Indian alternative for PUBG, ie. FAUG in the coming days. The term FAUG stands for Fearless And United Guards. The actor also revealed that besides entertainment, players also will study about the sacrifices of our soldiers. Also, 20% of the revenue earned from the game will be donated to BharatKeVeer trust. The game is going to be published by the Bengaluru-based nCore games. the actor made this announcement through his official Twitter account.

The fans were waiting eagerly for this game after the imposed ban on PUBG. And, suddenly Akshay Kumar released the teaser of FAUG on the occasion of Dussehra. The teaser reflects a unique ‘Galwan Valley’ map and shows an ultimate faceoff between two warring sides. The trailer, however, does not reveal anything about the gameplay or other game features but it does reflect a fearless image of the Indian Army. In the background, one can notice the Indian tricoloured flag. The Indian Army can be seen standing courageously in front of the Indian flag.

The game teaser has proved in the increment of the excitement level of the players who are waiting eagerly for its launch. Moreover, the game is all set to launch in the month of November. The game will be featuring many new concepts and the players have reacted positively towards its trailer launch. It seems that Indian players are going to forget PUBG with the launch of FAUG as it is a great Indian alternative demonstrating Indian soldiers on war.
