Many headlines were there about Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Salman Khan’s upcoming movie. Most of them were about the lead actress of the film. A few weeks ago, it was being said that Priyanka will be the leading lady but later the news vanished when it was rumoured that Salman will not if Priyanka will play the character. Title of this movie was not confirmed. But now, some revelations are made about this movie. Fans are finally happy to know that Alia will be romancing with Salman Khan in the movie. It is titled as ‘Inshallah.’ The announcement is made after a month from when the idea of this film was pitched.
This film is bringing Salman Khan as the lead actor in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film after 20 years. They did Ham dil de chuke Sanam in 1999 with Ajay Devgan and Aishwarya Rai. Salman Khan and Bhansali’s production banners are co-producing this film. The movie is a love story.
Salman welcomed Alia by twitting, “It’s been 20 years, but I am glad Sanjay and I are finally back in his next film, ‘Inshallah’ Looking forward to work with Alia and inshallah we will all be blessed on this journey. #Inshallah #SLB @aliaa08 @bhansali_production @SKFilmsOfficial,” the actor wrote.
Bhansali Production also finalised the news with the tweet. The film marks the first collaboration of Alia Bhatt with both Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. She was waiting for this day to come and she said that it took so long. Alia posted an Instagram story for expressing her joy and excitement about this new chapter in her career.
Salman is currently shooting his upcoming film Bharat with Katrina Kaif. He launched the newbies Pranutan Bahl and Zaheer Iqbal for the upcoming film Notebook, which is going to release on March 29.
Alia is busy with the release of her upcoming film Kalank. Her song Ghar More Pardesiya has become the most viewed song worldwide on YouTube in the last 24 hours.
