Aamir Khan Is Planning To Shed 20 Kgs To Be A Sardar : Check Full Report

Every actor should learn the film selecting strategy from Aamir Khan. Movies like Taare Zameen Par, 3 Idiots, Rang De Basanti, Dangal, Lagaan are the proof that Aamir does not say Yes to any random movie. There was no recent news about his upcoming projects. Recently Aamir Khan revealed that his upcoming film is Lal Singh Chaddha. He told this on 13th March, a day before his birthday.  He will be seen as a Sardar in this movie.

The movie is the remake of 1994s Oscar-winning movie Forest Grump. Aamir Khan is preparing for this role and he has to lose 20 Kgs for it. Lal Singh Chaddha will be releasing on Diwali 2020. So, it will be an amazing Diwali gift for all his fans. Aamir’s last film Thugs of Hindostan could not collect more than 145 crores at the ticket windows but everyone is keen to know if Lal Singh Chaddha will hit the box office with a bang or not.

A source told media that the preps for the film has started and Aamir Khan is doing his research. Everyone knows that Aamir Khan takes only one film at a time and Lal Singh Chaddha is currently his priority. He will be prepping for the next six months after which the film will go on floors in the last quarter of 2019. The film will release next year on Diwali, keeping this schedule in mind.

FOREST GUMP RECEIVED ACADEMY AWARDS

The film Forrest Gump was based on a 1986 novel by the same name, written by Winston Groom. Actor Tom Hanks played the lead role alongside Robert Wright and Gary Sinise. It was the biggest hit of 1994. It received Academy Awards for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Visual Effects and Best Film Editing. Hank received the Best Actor Oscar award. The movie also received laurels at the Golden Globes, People’s Choice Awards, and Young Artist Awards.

Aamir Khan and Viacom 18 are co-producing this film. The first shooting is going to begin in October this year. Adavit Chandan who directed Secret Superstar is going to direct the film. There is no word about other casts yet.
