Big Shot: Release Date, Cast, Plot, and Trailer

We all need some laugh in the hard times. And the drama series and movies help us a lot in that. Big Shot is an upcoming dramedy by David. E. Kelly and Dean Lorey. The series was developed by these two while Brad Garrett is the acknowledged creator of Big Shot. This Disney original series is all set for release in mid-April. 

Release Date: Big Shot

Big Shot will have ten episodes of one hour each, making it a ten-hour long series.  Disney Plus will air one episode in a week starting from this April. Big Shot premieres on 16 April 2021 on Disney Plus. The production companies involved in the series are ABC Signature and David E. Kelly Productions.

Cast: Big Shot

The role of the basketball coach, Marvyn is played by John Stamos. The role of Marvyn’s assistant coach, Holly is played by Jessalyn Gilsig. Her character is of a very simple and nice humored. Sherilyn, the dean of the girl’s high school is played by Yvette Nicole Brown. The characters of George and Emma are played by Richard Robichaux and Sophia Mitri, respectively. 

Some other characters of the series are played by  Cricket Wampler, Tisha Custodio, Monique Green, Nell Verlaque, and Tiana Le. Emery Kelly and Keala Settle show up respectively in the recurring roles of Dylan and Christiana Winters.

Plot: Big Shot

The plot of Big Shot features the story of a basketball coach, Marvyn. Marvyn gets fired from his job due to his temper issues and somehow he ends up being a coach in an all-girls school. Now he is adjusting to the surrounding of an elite private school. Will Marvyn get fired again?

In the meantime, read about Tom Holland’s movie, Chaos Walking. The movie will release in March but the South Koreans got to watch it first.
