As per the latest notification, TNDTE Diploma Results for the October – November Exam 2019 has been formally announced today (January 10, 2020) by the Tamil Nadu Directorate of Technical Education (DOTE) on its official website at The 1st, 3rd and 5th semester (odd semesters) examination results are announced which was conducted from October 22, 2019, to end November 2019. In case of even semesters, the results are announced in June.

The candidates who are not satisfied with their TNDTE Diploma results can apply for the revaluation process to recheck the copy.

Tamil Nadu Directorate of Technical Education (TNDTE) conduct written exams for candidates who are studying Diploma/Polytechnic courses in the state of Tamil Nadu. There are over 450 Government Polytechnic Colleges in Tamil Nadu.

The candidate must pass in theory exam and practical separately to get the diploma certificate from Tamil Nadu Directorate for Technical Education (TNDTE).

Minimum 40% marks in the Theory and 50% marks in the practical exam are mandatory to get the diploma from the TNDTE. If any candidate does not qualify the minimum guidelines, then the concerned candidate will not able to move in the next semester.

Steps to check the score of TNDTE Diploma Results Oct 2019:

Candidates may follow the below-listed steps to check their TNDTE Diploma Results in October 2019. It is advisable for candidates to keep their TNDTE Admit card handy before visiting the website to check the result.

Step 1: Visit the official website

Step 2: You will see an option ‘TNDTE Diploma Oct Results’. Click on it.

Step 3: Enter registration number, date of birth and roll number

Step 4. Click on submit

Step 5. TNDTE Diploma Results 2019 will appear on your screen

Step 6: Download TNDTE Diploma Result 2019, and

Step 7: Also, it is advisable to take a print out for future reference

The candidates shall enter eight digits registration in the box given on the results page to check the score. Candidate should add zero(s) as prefix if the number is less than eight digits.

As per the latest reports, the official website i.e. is currently down and is suffering through technical problems. Many students who have tried logging onto website but is unable to access the homepage of the website. Even the direct link provided to students is inaccessible right now.
