National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadline to submit online applications for UGC- NET, CSIR- NET, JNUEE, and ICAR-NET till May 31. The Union Human Resource Development (HRD) minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has informed candidates about the deadline extended through twitter. The decision has been taken in view of the hardships faced by the students and parents due to #COVID19 epidemic.
National Testing Agency (NTA) is an autonomous organization to conduct entrance examinations for admission in higher educational institutions.
In view of the hardships faced by the parents & students due to #COVID19 epidemic and requests received from many students, I have advised @DG_NTA to extend/ revise the dates of submission of online application forms for various Examinations:

UGC NET June 2020: Applications open till May 31, 11:50 pm. The examination is scheduled to be held from June 15 to 20, but the exact date has not been announced yet. NTA conducts the UGC-NET exam 2020 for ‘Junior Research Fellowship’ and for Assistant Professor’ or for both which will be conducted in a single three-hour duration. ICAR AIEEA 2020: ICAR All India Entrance Examination (AIEE) applications has been extended till May 31 till 4 pm. The payment of application fee is till 11:59 pm on the same date. The examination provides admission in Agriculture and Allied Science courses. The exam consists of 180 objective or multiple choice questions; where each of the three sections of the paper contains 60 MCQs. Official Website: icar.nta.nic.in

JNUEE 2020: Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Exam (JNUEE) applications has been extended till May 31 till 11:20 PM. CSIR 2020: CSIR UGC NET or CSIR NET applications have been extended till May 31. The examination is conducted to determine eligibility for appointment as lecturers in Indian colleges and universities in the subject areas under the faculty of Science & Technology only.
