Maharashtra Board Class 10 And Class 12 Exam Syllabus Reduced By 25%; Check Here

Maharashtra School Education Minister has announced the Secondary School Certificate (class 10) and Higher Secondary Certificate (class 12) examination dates.

Maharashtra Secondary School Certificate (SSC or class 10) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC or class 12) board exam dates 2021 have been announced by the State School Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad on Thursday.

She updated the exam dates schedule for class 10 and class 12 via Social Media platform Twitter. State School Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad informed that the written exam of Maharashtra state board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education class 12 will be conducted from April 23 to May 29, 2021.

While class 10 exams will be held from April 29 to May 31. Result to be announced most probably in the last week of August 2021.

All exams will be conducted by following the COVID-19 guidance. Students have to wear masks and bring the sanitizer for safety.

“Varsha Gaikwad informed that the board practical exam for class 12 will be held between April 1 and 22 and for class 10 between April 9 and 28. The written exams for class 12 will be held between April 23 and May 29, and for class 10 between April 29 and May 31. We are trying to declare the result of classes 12 and 10 by July-end and August-end, respectively.”

 

As per the new notification released by Maharashtra Education Board, the Maharashtra board has reduced the syllabus by 25% for students appearing in the class 10 and class 12 examinations for the session of 2021. Schools and junior colleges for classes 9 to 12 had reopened in parts of the states earlier this month based on the COVID-19 situation in respective areas.

It’s been more than 10 months since colleges and schools across the nation are closed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. However, schools and colleges are now being reopened in several phases after considering the situation of the pandemic in the respective areas.
